As an Explorer leader, you are the best person to support and help shape the journey of your young people. As a Youth Team, we want to support you along the way.
We want to make sure that every young person can continue their journey in Scouts and to do so we have created some handy documents to help you have these conversations with Explorers about what their next steps are.
We have created Birthday cards! There are 17- and 18-year-old birthday cards which you can print or send digitally to your young people, to provide something material to begin discussing what comes after Explorers.
