Bookings

We're getting ready to open up bookings, hopefully in the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for information from your Group/Unit!

Information for participants

Your Group will initiate your registration, sharing with us your child's first name, surname and date of birth. They'll then also input your email address(es) and invite you to create an account on our Booking System. More information on that will follow. 

Information for Groups

When we open bookings, we'll let you know how to register your Group on the Booking System, and how to add your people in the most effective way. You'll have the choice of whether to input names and invite parents/carers to the system as they register, or do it in batches. 

When we open bookings, as well as providing guidance, we'll share template wording to help you promote the event, as well as a promo video to help bring the event to life.
